I also put in a waiver claim on Ruggiano, I don't know who has/had priority. I'd go off that.

Please provide some clarity on waiver claims for me. The guidelines/rules state the waiver period starts when the transaction is "processed" not posted. Which means for Ruggiano it began last night at around 9:30 and ends tonight.

I assume you have/had waiver priority though Jared, so assume Ruggiano was yours unless there were other claims. Enjoy him... or trade him to me  |

Geez, if I had known Ruggiano was so coveted, I would have traded him... ;-)
What am I missing, guys? I suppose he's pretty decent vs. lefties and is an average to above average fielder. That's not nothing.

100ish OPS+, can play all three OF positions decently with a chance at a useable platoon break. It's not super exciting, but def worth rostering. Heard a bunch of teams had a claim though, so we'll see who won it.

I would be surprised if he has higher than a 90-95 OPS+, since he had a 99 last year after his really good year. His fielding seems to have declined too, but ZIPS may not agree.
Good luck in the ZIPS lottery to whoever gets him.

There were several claims - I just have not been able to get to it until now. Also, we've always done 24 hours from when the transaction was processed - as that's when it becomes official (of course this is painful during the offseason when we don't have daily transactions). If we want to do the timestamp - I'm open, we would just need to change the rules.
