The following teams have not submitted waiver claims:
Diamondbacks Marlins Reds Mets Tigers Dodgers Nationals Braves Indians Pirates Royals Orioles A's Twins Astros Cardinals
Since wavier claims aren't mandatory, it's not a problem, but it would seem to me that there are a few free agents who are better than some of these teams have on their 50-man. I could be wrong.

I'd submit some now if I'm still allowed to. I was going to go through them last night, got busy, then got busy with work again this morning.

hopefully I was able to understand everyone's instructions...if not...sorry about that.
All teams now have approx. 48 hours (by Thursday, 3/26 @ 9AM EDT) to get your cuts posted. Please do so in the normal thread...and not this one.
All players are still on waivers, including the ones that teams are cutting. The next round of claims will be processed on Friday Morning......
Once that round is processed, the waiver period is over, and it's back to normal business.

So who can we claim in this waiver draft? Just guys in the DB, or can uncarded guys be claimed now too?

I think uncarded guys who get cut could be claimed, but creating guys would wait until Sunday.

This if guys on Waivers....only guys in the database currently are on waivers....If they're uncarded guys who have just been dropped, but they're in the database, you can claim them.
As far as signing guys who need to be created, we'll wait until the rest of the waiver claims are processed Friday morning....
Once that DB is sent out....all signing freezes are over, and we're back to the 24-hour waiver period for released players....
