WTF is wrong with Dan Uggla, i mean he cant hit shit right now.
(in the mlb and the dmb)
I mean i gave up Wang for this guys(looking back it was a good deal because Wang just blew up, like Philly said)
Any suggestions for the Uggster?

The guy has always been very SLG heavy. Last year is probably a peak moreso than a baseline. When a guy whose only real man skill is hitting HRs, isn't hitting HRs, it gets ugly.
Seems to me that the ZIPS version of DMB doesn't favor guys with his profile. I think ZIPS likes high average guys much more than 3 true outcome types. Or maybe that's just my excuse.

Your probably right. I have James Loney and Alex Rios, both are more so high BA guys and look at their DMB stats so far. Loney is tearing it up as well as Rios.
But this arguments logic can flaw because of Jermaine Dye is doing well both BA wise and HR wise.

There are also the "it's early in the season" and the "DMB is a computer program running algorithms and probabilities and doesn't know who is or isn't a famous all-star and thereby will also toss up the occasional oddball result" arguments.

.208 BABIP, I would guess, would be the large part of it. Plain bad luck.
