I am not fond of this list. How can you not have Matt Moore in the top 100?

I am not fond of this list. How can you not have Matt Moore in the top 100? I totally agree, him, Ethan Martin, and Reid Brignac deserve Top-100 on any list.

There are rankings that surprise me too, but I know second and third hand, from guys who everyone would acknowledge know their shit, this guy knows what he's talking about. My guess for where he might have a baffling omission, like Matt Moore, is that he was one scout and had a lot more exposure to certain guys than others. He's probably a lot more comfortable going high or low on guys he saw.
And I'm a fan of both Martin and Brignac, but I disagree that any list becomes invalid when either of them is not on it. They both have fairly significant questions to answer. Easier to make that argument for Moore, though, despite his control issues.
