He actually just signed so not sure how he is handled, might have to be included in next years draft

I think since he's had a previous professional contract he is fair game.

In the past with guys who went abroad I think they had to go through the draft and be undrafted, but I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be ok to have signings like this stand. It's a fun story too.

Any player who was eligible for an MLB draft can be signed once the BCMBL draft has concluded for that particular draft year. |
