But i signed them on Thursday night and the Giants zips didnt come out til Friday

projections are always leaked early either on Dans ZiPS or Dans articles on ESPN(which i dont have access to) and i thought the rule was everyone was fair game until they were released on FanGraphs and then there was a 24 hour Waiver period.
I guess whatever you decide is fine, but I would have made waiver claims on the guys if I knew that my signing wasnt going to go thru.

Since this was a weird situation of the complete ZiPS being leaked a day early and the Angels signing these guys the night before the ZiPS came out - It's probably fair to split the difference... Strickland staying with the Braves but Dunning going to LAA.
