I'd check the forum on the DMB website. There is a lot of trouble shooting content there and, from what I've heard, the tech guys are extremely helpful.
From little I glanced at, the programs been having all sorts of trouble w/ Vista. I think a little work toward making to program a little more intuitive would go a long way.
I've been playing for 3 years and still haven't figured out how to netplay.

If you still haven't been able to do it, you need to go into your c: drive (or wherever the .exe file for DMB is installed), right click on the DMB.Exe file, click properties, and check the slot that says to run the program in administrator mode or whatever.
I had to do this, and now DMB works fine on Vista for me.

OK...
I just walked through this with Baltimore.
Here's what you specifically need to do to get DMB to run on Vista:
1. Right click on your start menu and select explore 2. Open the folder where you installed DMB to. 3. Right click on the file called "baseball" and select properties 4. Click on the "Compatibility" tab 5. On the bottom of the window should be a box that says "run program as administrator" Check it, click apply, and then OK.
You should be good to go after this.
