Working off the 1-30 DB, so forgive me if I'm wrong.
Red Sox sign:
1- Justin Miller P in DB
Q: Meta from Atlanta asks: What do you think of Justin Miller? Did he make the top 30? A: Moderator: Miller did make the top 20. He has adjusted well to pitching after being drafted as an outfielder. Some have compared his sinker to Derek Lowe's. Q: TrueBlueLA from Los Angeles asks: Everyone knows about the top ten. Who has a chance to go Carlos Santana for us? A: Ed Price: If you mean someone who come come on strong this year ... Justin Miller, Brent Leach, Ramon Troncoso. The Sleeper: Justin Miller is a raw right-hander with control issues who had a pedestrian 3.99 ERA in the Midwest League, but he also has the best sinker in the organization and is a ground-ball machine who had a G/F ratio of nearly 3-to-1 this year.

I thought Herrera was long gone; Cards maybe ?

The latest DB (2-6?) only has Yoslan and Javier Herrera in the -1-s and Danny Ray in the carded guys, so if he is gone he was never added to the DB.
So I guess either oops or dibs.
