The GBL has two openings. I am commish of the league, and it's going into its 13th year. We use real life stats from the previous year. There are 24 teams, 8 of which make the playoffs.
Several former and current BCMBL members are in the league, including the Cubs, and Brewers right now. It's a pretty laid back league.
If you are interested, lemme know. One of the teams is a loaded team....the other is more middling. I'll be evaluating candidates for GM's of the team in the next week or so.

The GBL still has one, potentially two openings. The team which is definitely available is a mediocre team. They have decent hitting (though aging) but poor starting pitching at the ML level. They do have hope for the future in guys like Matusz, Logan Morrison, C. Carrasco, Inoa.
The other team is a very good team, with guys like Beltran, Ryan Howard, and Ludwick in the lineup and a killer rotation of Zambrano, Lester, Wainwright, Cain, and Chris Young. The doesn't even include John Maine and Josh Outman....I'm not sure if that team is open quite yet.

I'd be interested in joining another league if someone knows of an opening . . .especially one that is having either an inagural draft or some kind of dispersal draft
